2024 Annual General Meeting

Please join us for the 2024 BirdLife Northern Queensland Annual General Meeting.

- Acceptance of draft minutes for 2023 AGM 

- Presentation of Convenor’s Annual Report for 2023 Activities 

- Treasurer’s Report for 2023

- Election of Office Bearers and Committee Positions 

- Any other business 

- Closure of AGM   

We are excited to let you know that Kate Millar, CEO of BirdLife Australia, will be in attendance and will be giving a short talk after the meeting formalities.

Lunch will be available in the RSL from 12:00–1:00 pm at your own cost.

Call for nominations: 

Nominations for the positions of Convenor, Secretary, Treasurer and ordinary Committee Members are called for. All members are encouraged to consider being a part of the BirdLife Northern Queensland committee as it offers a real opportunity to help shape and drive the great conservation projects and other social activities we all enjoy together. Please send all nominations to the Secretary, Renee Cassels via email to renee.cassels@my.jcu.edu.au by Saturday, 16 March.
